One of the things I have noticed is most difficult about taking care of your health and fitness is nutrition. We all know we should be eating more whole, unprocessed food, but it can be difficult to know how to both prepare all these different meals and also how to make them enjoyable. The purpose of this blog is to offer a variety of healthy recipes you can make at home using a wide range of ingredients. This blog will attempt to cover not just recipes but also the techniques involved so that you can build cooking skills along the way. You'll be shocked by the quality of meals you're able to produce with just a few changes to ingredients and techniques.

I think too often people become obsessed over macronutrients, calories burned vs. eaten, or how much fat or sugar is in something, when in reality, having a diet that prioritizes a variety of high-quality/minimally processed foods is the much more important part. When you feed your body with real nutrition that is easy to process, obtaining your fitness goals becomes much easier.

What my wife and I have learned is that the best way to overcome a problem is through knowledge, and as you learn more about how too prepare ingredients, eating healthy and actually enjoying it are easier than you think.
